A large crowd of nearly 100 attended the auction today for CJ Farms at the City Limits Convention Center in Colby, Kansas. 
Selling were 960 acres of Thomas County, Kansas cropland.

 

Bidding was lively with over 50 raises during the very active multi-parcel conducted by Farm & Ranch Realty, Inc. 
In the end, all of the buyers were local, although bidders from 5 states participated in the sale!!
