Monday, December 15, 2008 sold for $1,096 per acre.

McVey Land Auction - The land auction of 363 acres grassland & cropland held at the Cowboy Junction in Hill City, KS
on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 sold as follows:
Tract 1: 320 acres sold for $450 per acre
Tract 2:   45 acres sold for $700 per acre

Thiel Trust Land Auction - The land auction of 1,120 acres cropland held at the City Limits Convention Center in Colby, KS
on Thursday, December 18, 2008 sold as follows:
Tracst 1 & 2: 320 acres sold for $1,393 per acre
Tract 3:   160 acres sold for $1,390 per acre
Tract 4: 640 acres sold for $960 per acre.

Fuller Family Land Auction - The land auction of 320 acres cropland held at the Q-Inn in Quinter, KS
on Friday, December 19, 2008 sold for $1,000 per acre.
