JULY 22, 2008 Farm Machinery & Equipment Auction, Hill City, KS

"Recently we retired and sold our farm equipment at public auction. Farm and Ranch Realty of Colby handled the sale. Scotty Legere was the listing
agent. We were well pleased with the professional way everything was handled. Twice prior to the auction Don Hazlett, Cindy Hake and Scotty met with
us to review the auction process, make suggestions and view the equipment. The sales brochure was attractive and well organized. Scotty was here several
times before the the auction to help us in anyway he could. He helped us organize all our tools and equipment as well as line up the big machinery. Farm
and Ranch Realty's advertising proved to be successful as there were bidders from numerous states, the turnout was great, and prices were exceptional.
After the sale, we heard from several attendees, that is was the best planned and organized auction they had been to. They furnished tables and chairs for the
lunch served by a local 4-H club and had water stations all around since it was a very hot day. There were four of us who owned machinery, some in joint
ownership, and Cindy and her crew handled it all without a hitch.

There was an issue with a piece of equipment after the sale, and Scotty took care of that for us. He went beyond the call of duty to see that the problem
was resolved to everyone's satisfaction. We found Scotty's slogan that it doesn't cost to sell with Farm & Ranch Realty- IT PAYS! We found this to be true"
